Project Summary
This project involved the installation of a premium terracotta roofing system designed for long-term durability and classic street appeal. We supplied and installed Monier Nouveau terracotta roof tiles, complete with new battens, sarking, and custom detailing to suit the roof’s pitch.
Because the roof had a lower pitch, an additional layer of sarking and anti-ponding measures were installed to ensure proper water management and long-term protection. All hips and ridges were finished with matching terracotta caps, then professionally bedded and pointed for strength, weather resistance, and a clean, finished look.
Careful cutting-in and attention to detail throughout the install ensured a tight fit, smooth lines, and a roof built to perform for decades while enhancing the home’s overall appearance.
